Booking Policies
DEPOSITS
Dependent upon situations and what is being booked, a NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE fee will be required when booking to secure your spot as follows:
New Lash Appointment is $50.
New PMU Appointment is $150; Touch-Up Brows Appointment is $75
Class Appointment is $1000
1:1 Training Class Appointment is $1000
The entirety (100%) of the booking fee will go towards the amount that is due on the day of the appointment or class. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the appointment day / first class day. Cancelling of your appointment or classroom spot for any reason will result in loss of your booking fee. The booking fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE so please book wisely. I have a huge respect for people’s time and I require the same of my clients and students.
LATE POLICY
Due to scheduling commitments and obligation to other clients, you must arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late your appointment will be considered a “no call, no show” and result in loss of any applicable booking fee. When you are late or do not show up to your appointment on time, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity for service. Please keep in mind weather conditions and traffic when making plans for your appointment so that you are on time.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling or cancellation of lash or class appointments will forfeit the applicable booking fee.
We understand that at times things can happen and you can’t make it. You are allowed to reschedule your PMU appointment via direct text or phone call to me up to seven days prior to your appointment with a 50% fee penalty. Anything less than seven days will require a new booking fee for a new PMU appointment. We will have to re-check availability and commit another time slot for your service.
FOLLOW-UP
Brow appointments specifically require two bookings: Initial and Touch-Up which is 4-6 weeks from the initial day. Clients vary on how ink is accepted by the skin based upon may many variables. These include but are not limited to bone structure, existing hair, lifestyle, skin diseases or problems, skin type, blood type, medications and proper aftercare. As such, a follow-up appointment is required to attain the desired look and result.
OTHER WORK
For a variety of reasons, we are unable to work on refills for lashes done by another artist. A new lash appointment is required for removal and application. Additionally, any foreign brows (done by another artist) that require adjustment, retouching, or redoing of any sort will require a new set of brows plus a $100 fee for color correction and shape correction. Any previous work MUST get approval before booking. We can work together to discuss your options.
GUESTS
NO pets or guests allowed due to interruptions and safety concerns including cross contamination and disruption of tools, supplies, and equipment.
